Please note: The quickest and easiest way to communicate with me is via text message. Text messages are responded to on the hour within business hours. Emails weekly. Bookings are via the online booking form only, I do not take bookings over the phone.

Appointment Availability

General office admin hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however our Counselling appointments generally start from 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday and there are also sessions available on Saturdays between 10am and 2pm. I’m very flexible in helping juggle work and family commitments. Let me know how I can make it work best for you.
